For one of our clients – a world renowned company known for their supreme services and
many satisfied clients. We are searching for seasoned, reliable and determined individuals
for the role of Senior Disputes & Pricing Specialist - Varna.

Responsibilities

* Providing primary contact for escalations and offering operational support;
* Acting as an expert in CTC processes, contributing to project success and meeting goals;
* Collaborating across departments to ensure project delivery and implementing
standardized processes;
* Reviewing and updating process flows, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements;
* Conducting coaching sessions for CTC teams, enhancing process knowledge and
supporting knowledge transfer;
* Encouraging proactive approach to work and contributing to developing best practices;
* Focusing on continuous process improvement, including automation and optimization;
* Cultivating strong stakeholder relationships and supporting CTC management;
* Taking on additional tasks on CTC management’s request and;
* Acting as a role model for organizational values.

Requirements and necessary skills

* Proficiency in English and German language;
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in Order to Cash (with 1.5 years in Disputes) in a
multinational or Shared Services environment;
* Foundational skills in analytical thinking, relationship management, collaborative
influencing, finance operations and accounting, and process excellence;
* Ability to proactively address complex issues independently;
* Experience in process improvement implementations;
* Advanced technical knowledge, particularly in SAP and MS Office;
* Intermediate level proficiency in system literacy;
* University degree in Business Studies or Finance.
