The Senior HR Admin Specialist is part of HR Services team, that provides high level administrative support and excellent service to the respective Sensata locations, incl. HRBPs, managers and employees. The Senior HR Admin Specialist takes part in improvement projects, provides guidance and support to HR admin team members. Performs monthly checks to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
General Responsibilities
Provides on time delivery of HR related administrative tasks e.g. creating legal documents, keeping HR systems up-to-date, creating reports
Handles onboarding and termination actions
Creates purchase orders in our Oracle system and follow-up
Develops Shared Services concepts in the region within the function of HR
Leads respective projects according to the company priorities, especially related to the usage of HR systems
Collaborates with current 3rd party service providers to find the best solution for HR Services and the company
Tracks and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
Gives on request administrative HR support to other Centers of excellence
Experience / Qualifications
A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience
Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
- Leads his/her own job, taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of HR administration and Benefit Administration for Bulgaria
- Responsible for the timely delivery of HR admin and Benefits related administrative tasks e.g. creating legal documents, keeping HR and Benefits systems up-to-date, creating reports, striving for document compliance in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation, coordinating of onboarding and termination actions
- Monitors that benefits are administered according to the policies, agreements and employment contracts and delivery reporting on current benefit usage to COE
- Responsible for creation of purchase orders in Oracle and follow-up on invoice accuracy
- First point of contact to employees for HR Admin and benefit related questions. Works with COE to get guidance on complicated cases. Actively partners with HR and the Business for effective resolution of day to day matters
- Supports a team of specialists in Bulgaria responsible for HR administration services, maintains up to date process descriptions
- Leads the communication to all stakeholders of HR Benefits processes in scope to ensure the smooth delivery of the service and solving of the open issues and improvement implementation
- Participates in the respective local/regional/global projects according to the company priorities, especially related to the usage of Workday and/or other HR and Benefits systems
- Keeps the high service level, tracks the performance according to Key Performance Indicators
- Participates in process improvement projects; can lead small projects regarding improvements of specific process steps under the incumbents’ accountability
- Above 2 years of working experience in the support functions in the international companies preferably with Shared Services concept implemented.
- Knowledge and understanding of labor legislation.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR Systems, e.g., SAP/Workday is preferred.
