Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Senior HR People Data & Analytics specialist is responsible for delivering HR reporting and analytics services within Shared Business Services (SBS), ensuring high-quality insights, data consistency, and stakeholder support.

The role acts as a key interface between SBS and HR stakeholders, translating data into meaningful outputs while ensuring data governance and reporting standards.

Main Responsibilities:  

Reporting & Analytics Delivery

  • Develop and deliver HR reports, dashboards, and analytics outputs.
  • Translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of reporting outputs.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Support HR and business stakeholders with data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide interpretation of data where required.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key point of contact for HR stakeholders and Center of Exellence (CoE) teams for reporting and analytics needs.
  • Gather requirements and ensure alignment on reporting outputs.

Data Governance and Quality

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of HR data across systems.
  • Define and maintain data definitions and reporting standards.
  • Support data governance initiatives.

Process & Cycle Support

  • Support data and reporting activities for key HR processes (e.g. Annual Pay, Talent cycles).
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting during critical cycles.

Continuous Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation.
  • Support implementation of reporting tools and automation solutions.
  • Drive standardization of reporting practices.

Qualifications

Experience:  

  • 3–6 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data-related roles
  • Experience working with HR data and reporting tools
  • Experience in global or multi-country environments is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of HR data, workforce metrics, and reporting practices
  • Knowledge of data governance and reporting standards
  • Understanding of HR processes and their data dependencies
  • Awareness of global HR operating models

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, equivalent experience will also be considered

Languages

  • English (Fluent) 

Technical/ Functional skills: 

  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, reporting, validation)
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g. Workday)
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
