established and fast-growing team.

Take ownership of reporting and analytics outputs that support
performance optimization and operational efficiency;
Drive improvements in reporting processes, structure, and data
clarity across the organization;
Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards that track
key operational KPIs and performance indicators;
Prepare and deliver regular insights related to workforce
performance, scheduling adherence, and service levels;
Analyze trends, deviations, and patterns in data, translating
findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders;
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their
reporting needs and deliver tailored data solutions;
Support stakeholders with timely escalations, risk visibility,
and data-backed paths to resolution;
Act as a point of reference for reporting-related topics,
contributing to knowledge sharing and best practices within the
team;
Communicate data in a structured and compelling way, helping
stakeholders understand the story behind the numbers.
