I. Main Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and complete comprehensive test plans and scripts for new
and existing game themes and operating systems.
· Identify, document, and track product issues found during
testing; ensure timely resolution.
· Provide accurate and timely feedback on project status for all
work you're doing.
· Reproduce reported issues when vital to assist software
development teams in fixing and resolution.
· Chip in to continuous improvement of testing processes and
methodologies.
· Clearly and concisely detail bugs in English using the designated
bug tracking system.
· Maintain open communication with the immediate manager regarding
work progress and performance expectations.
· Regularly update and consult with the direct manager on ongoing
assignments and initiatives.
· Deliver timely progress reports and seek mentorship when needed
to ensure efficient workflow.
· Actively participate in team meetings, huddles, and ad hoc
discussions as the need arises.
· Support additional tasks and projects assigned by supervisors or
management to achieve departmental and interpersonal goals.
II. Reporting and Teamwork
· The Software Testing Specialist / QA Engineer reports directly to
the designated supervisor or Managing Director, following the
approved interpersonal structure.
· Collaborate optimally with internal teams and external partners
to ensure smooth project execution.
III. Requirements
· Shown experience as a QA Specialist/Engineer working on
Client-Server products.
· Ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results
in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning,
execution, and defect management.
· Experience with version control systems.
· Excellent fixing and problem-solving skills.
· Basic knowledge of mobile web testing and cross-platform
compatibility (Android/iOS).
· Familiarity with tools such as Fiddler or other network
sniffing/tracing programs.
· Basic understanding of the gaming and casino industry.
· Technical knowledge in:
o MySQL
o HTML5
o XML/JSON
o JavaScript
· Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
