Your daily routine would include:
- Lead the full ordering cycle for RAN materials (antennas, passive components, indoor hardware).
- Build and maintain detailed material forecasts based on rollout and modernization plans.
- Manage warehouse coordination for OpCos (stock levels, replenishment, discrepancies).
- Own antenna portfolio management, including technical compliance, documentation, and vendor interface.
- Collaborate with suppliers on deliveries, delays, and escalations.
- Maintain accurate records in SAP or equivalent systems.
- Provide technical documentation, ordering specifications, and tender support.
- Mentor junior engineers and improve related processes across OpCos.
- Ensure alignment with group standards and operational excellence.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Engineering degree (Telecom, Electronics, Logistics Engineering, etc.).
- 3+ years experience in telco logistics, RAN support, planning, or supply chain.
- Proven experience in ordering, forecasting, or vendor management.
- Knowledge of SAP or logistics systems is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across countries.
- Proficiency in English at a working level, German will be considered as an advantage.
- Computer skills for working with MS Office.
- Willingness to work in intensive load mode.
- Communication skills and ability to work in a team.
