As a Senior RAN Optimization Engineer, you will fine-tune the intricate dance of radio access networks, ensuring each signal strikes a perfect chord for seamless connectivity and maximum efficiency.

Your daily routine would include:

To be responsible for the planning, optimization and performance monitoring of mobile radio access network elements;

Daily KPI analyzes and reporting;

Detection and analysis of problems and initiation of solution measures;

Problem recording and documentation;

Initiation of escalation procedures in case of critical problems;

Participating in new network features testing and implementation;

Drive test analyzing and perform corresponding actions;

Troubleshooting the main elements of the radio access network;

Participating in the design and implementation of telecommunications solutions on various network platforms;

Coordinating plans and tasks with other A1 teams and partners.

We’ll know you can make it if you have:

Very good knowledge of the working principles, functioning and elements of mobile 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G networks;

Experience in working with Drive test tools and post processing tools as Tems, Actix, Keysight;

General knowledge of IP infrastructure and communication;

Excellent analytical and communication skills;

Proficiency in English at a working level, German will be considered as an advantage;

Computer skills for working with MS Office;

Willingness to work in intensive load mode;

Previous experience in Optimization, Planning and performing configuration activities in Radio Access Network would be considered as an advantage;

Communication skills and ability to work in a team;

Experience with SQL and databases would also be considered an advantage.
