We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to design, guide, and govern ServiceNow solutions aligned with business needs and best practices. In this role, you will lead the design and evolution of the ServiceNow platform architecture, focusing on maximizing out-of-the-box capabilities and reducing unnecessary customizations.
Your daily routine would include:
- Engage stakeholders and technical teams to drive a clear architectural vision and roadmap for ServiceNow initiatives.
- Provide expert guidance on architecture, data modeling, integrations, and security design.
- Ensure architectural alignment and best practices across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and custom solutions.
- Take ownership of CMDB architecture and governance, covering data models, service mapping, integrations, and configuration practices to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Provide architectural leadership for integrating ServiceNow with systems such as LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs to enable smooth, interoperable processes.
- Review, assess, and authorize technical designs, customizations, and integrations in ServiceNow platform.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Several years of project experience in Service Portfolio Management.
- Deep knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ServiceNow.
- deep expertise in SNOW modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SPM, HAM, SAM).
- Experience in building and evolving a Service Catalog.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and service-oriented architecture.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, particularly within ServiceNow tools such as the Knowledge Base.
Nice to Have:
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (optional).
- ITSM / ITIL certifications (ITIL® 4 Foundation or higher preferred).
