the role of Settlement Operations Assistant with German
(Hybrid).
* Manage driver and in-transit accounts daily, ensuring all open
items are addressed promptly;
* Provide timely and accurate documentation and responses to
customer inquiries;
* Validate and clear discrepancies in areas such as check-outs,
goods delivery, check-ins, and cash differences;
* Analyze errors and differences, implement measures to close gaps,
and improve accuracy;
* Use SAP and other tools to deliver efficient and accurate
Customer to Cash (CTC) services;
* Support audit processes by gathering and providing necessary
data;
* Collaborate with internal teams, warehouses, logistics, and
external providers to resolve issues;
* Contribute to process standardization and continuous improvement
initiatives.
