General duties

Requirements
- Strong leadership and team development skills

- Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring timely delivery
- Adaptability and problem-solving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Expertise in Agile, SAFe, and Kanban methodologies
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Azure DevOps
- Adaptability to shifting priorities
- Problem-solving under pressure
- Encouraging innovation and creativity within teams
- Relevant certifications such as SAFe Agilist (SA), Kanban Management Professional (KMP), or ITIL are preferred.
