Your mission
Help clients get the most out of their software solutions.
As a Software Implementation Specialist, you'll guide new customers through onboarding and beyond, helping them adopt IT solutions, understand their full potential, and achieve their goals.
Guide new clients through smooth software implementation and onboarding.
Support customers throughout the post-onboarding journey.
Meet clients face-to-face and encourage successful adoption of IT solutions.
Build strong knowledge of assigned products and advise customers on best practices.
Track key customer milestones from onboarding to license activation and ongoing engagement.
Manage customer cases, queues, and troubleshooting tickets through CRM platforms.
Record client interactions and activities accurately.
Use customer utilization data to identify needs and recommend improvements.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients through a consultative approach.
Fluent Arabic or Turkish and good command of English.
23 years of experience in BPO, Customer Support, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing environment.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Experience working with CRM platforms, cases, queues, or support tickets.
Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and project management skills.
A consultative and customer-focused approach.
Ability to build trust and strong relationships quickly.
Analytical mindset and ability to turn customer data into actionable insights.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working with multiple priorities.
