Our client is a start-up sports betting platform. As a CRM Specialist, you will plan and deliver cutting-edge CRM strategies encouraging customer retention and loyalty as well as influencing strategic developments of the packages offered to customers.
Implementation and measurement/tracking of CRM strategy to ensure
effective ROI in terms of old players regenerated, and
registrations converted to depositing.
Creation, segmentation, and execution of promotions sent out to customers across all sports and regions.
Preparing and sending targeted marketing communications to specific groups of players within the database such as non-funded, lapsed, VIP levels, etc.
Analysis of large amounts of data to spot trends and patterns.
Cross marketing activities when required and troubleshooting of issues working closely with the customer support team.
