Your mission
Join the customer care team of a world-leading sports brand and help customers find the right products — from sportswear and equipment to the latest gadgets.
You’ll be there before and after the purchase, making every interaction smooth, helpful and on-brand.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chat
• Provide pre-sale and after-sale support
• Guide customers through a wide range of sports products
• Give accurate product information and keep detailed case notes
• Understand customer expectations and focus on satisfaction
• Contribute to individual and team performance targets
• Very good Polish and English skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Analytical and problem-solving approach
• Interest in sports, sportswear and the latest gadgets
• Ability to work independently while being a great team player

Your schedule
Monday–Saturday | 10:00–19:00, 2 days off per week on schedule
You’ll start with 2 weeks of training to get familiar with the products, tools and customer journey.
