- Manage operational reporting, for your assigned functional area, of regular and ad-hoc reports and ensure publications;
- Apply proper data quality control;
- Maintain day-to day communications with report end users;
- Perform on request data & root cause analysis for your reports;
- Adapt existing reports to new organizational and business requirements;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation (work instructions);
- Create and maintain databases to support report generation.

To succeed in this role, you must be a confident and enthusiastic individual who will strive to go that extra mile for our customers. If the ability to connect yourself is what you bring to the table… along with the following:

- Fluency in English;
- Degree in Computer Science or Business orientated subject, ideally with an Analytical bearing;
- Experience: Preferably 3-5 years in Reporting Environment;
- Knowledge of the required database extraction tools;
- Very good knowledge of SQL, MS Access and MS Excel including the development of macros, pivot tables and automated charts;
- Good understanding of RDBMS (Relational Database Management Systems);
- Brio / Hyperion is a plus;
- Supply chain and/or customer service experience is a plus.
