We are a well-established and successful production and trading group of companies, leader in the sector of edible oil production and grain trade. We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist based in our Sofia office. She/He will be part of our Trade Execution Team, and will have the responsibility to enhance supply chain functionality, effectiveness, and execution of trading contracts (both domestic and international)
Your role:
∙ Generate and execute trading contracts, both domestic
and international (import/export), by maintaining written/verbal
correspondence with suppliers, customers, storage, logistics and
service providers.
∙ Responsible for invoicing and payments checks/ approval
for the domestic / international counter parties as per company
procedures;
∙ Generate and issuance of compulsory documentation flow
covering domestic/international requirements;
∙ Reconcile commodity positions on a daily basis,
including keeping track of inventories from a quantity and quality
stand point;
∙ Cross-functional collaboration/coordination with other
departments - Logistics, Trade, Quality, Risk departments,
regarding contracts execution;
∙ Part of domestic and international customer
interactions regarding Supply chain functions on daily base, such
as but not limited to planning, analysis, data processing,
logistics scheduling, monitoring of the storage capacity
availability
