Your daily routine would include:
- Plan and manage the scope of the monthly Enterprise Releases (including internal and external Change Requests).
- Coordinate and execute release deployments.
- Manage API Gateway version updates (CMS, ESB-DP).
- Manage and grant environment permissions across all environments.
- Perform issue analysis and troubleshooting.
- Handle and resolve trouble tickets.
- Perform operational monitoring of all environments.
- Monitor and maintain EMS queues.
- Handle requests related to Firewall, Reverse Proxy and Load Balancer.
- Maintain OS user passwords and certificate expiration.
- Participate in on-call support.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills (compiling, scripting, patching).
- Solid experience in Release & Deployment Management.
- Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, GitOps).
- Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
- Experience with integration technologies (REST, SOAP APIs).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills (root cause analysis).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- University degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Fluent English.
