Отговорности

-Use social media tools for sourcing- Facebook, LinkedIn and etc.
-Source candidates proactively use various channels and techniques to uncover the best available talent.
-Supervise initial outreach to relevant candidates, by sending engaging messages and presenting job opportunities in the best manner
-Advertise all openings on the various job boards and social media platforms
-Use social media channels and relevant tech communities to create a pipeline with relevant candidates.
-Evaluating passive and active candidates by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with our Talent Acquisition team
-Pre-screening and uploading candidates in the recruitment management system.
-Use innovative sourcing and marketing/branding techniques to engage both active and passive candidates.
-Constantly looking for ways to do better and innovative in how the work gets done.
-Participating in other HR-related projects

Изисквания и необходими умения

-Previous practical experience in the field of Recruitment & Selection.
-Bachelor’s degree or current study in Human Resources, Psychology or related area will count as an advantage
-Experienced in all aspects of recruiting including sourcing, networking, qualifying, screening, assessing etc.
Experience in IT recruitment, preferably in IT positions or experience in an IT recruitment agency would be considered an advantage.
-Experience using social media tools for sourcing and branding efforts.
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Very good computer literacy and MS Office skills.
-Fluency in English.
