If you would like to:

Prepare and keep all minutes of General Meetings, meetings of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board, prepare and certify copies of minutes;

Prepare and keep all powers of attorney for the representation of the majority shareholder at the General Meetings of Shareholders;

Regularly prepare and submit to the majority shareholder reports and other required corporate information;

Responsible for the preparation of documents, submission and completion of announcement of acts, entering and change in the circumstances in the account of the Bank and Group companies in the Commercial Register and Register of Non-profit Legal Entities as well as in other public registers;

Identify and inform members of the Boards, General Managers and Heads of Business Units who are subject to regulatory reporting and/or monitoring. Assist such persons to comply with laws and regulations affecting them as a result of their positions. The assistance may take the form of informative guidance or even help in the completion of relevant forms;

Изисквания и необходими умения

- University Degree Law/ Economics/ Business Administration/ International Relations;
- Experience in a field relevant to corporate governance such as accounting and audit, legal, securities and stock market developments, management consulting or technical assistance;
- At least 2 years of relevant experience;
- Fluency in English written and spoken;
- PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint advanced level;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
