THE CROWN IS YOURS

As a Team Lead, Sports Trading, you'll help shape our sportsbook by overseeing day-to-day operations for international markets. You’ll lead a team of traders focused on live pricing accuracy, player props, and uptime across key sports like Tennis, Basketball, and Table Tennis. In this role, you’ll guide team development, contribute to trading strategy, and ensure our betting product remains sharp, engaging, and data-driven.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A TEAM LEAD, SPORTS TRADING

Oversee team scheduling and shift planning to ensure consistent trading coverage aligned with global sports calendars.

Deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new and current traders, reinforcing catalogue expertise and operational excellence.

Monitor live markets, manage in-play pricing, and escalate real-time betting anomalies when necessary.

Analyze and present trading performance and market insights to leadership and stakeholders.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture, supporting continuous development and mentorship.

Identify and resolve inefficiencies in trading processes, and propose enhancements to drive innovation and precision.

Ensure third-party data and feed integrity, supporting uptime and accurate decision-making.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and Engineering to support live betting content and strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

At least 2 years of sports trading experience, with strong focus on Tennis, Soccer, or Basketball preferred.

Prior experience mentoring or managing team members in a trading or operations setting.

Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with attention to real-time performance metrics.

Familiarity with tools like Excel; scripting or automation experience is a plus.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the sports calendar.

Fluent in English.
