Team Leader (iGaming sector)
• Report directly to the Studio Manager and work closely with the
Head of Staff Training and Development.
• Ensure that all existing and newly hired staff are properly
assessed, coordinated, and supported.
• Build an inspiring and motivating team environment while setting
clear goals aligned with the company’s culture and KPIs.
• Guarantee that all regulatory and contractual standards are
consistently met and exceeded.
• Act as an ambassador of the company and maintain effective
communication channels.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal stakeholders
while upholding high game standards.
