Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling users’ questions, issues and requests;
* Diagnosing and offering solutions to users’ requests and
issues;
* Keeping detailed account of every interaction and maintaining the
database up-to-date;
* Striving to provide the best customer experience and achieve
quality standards;
* Taking note of the most common issues and requests;
* Reporting on frequently-occurring issues and reporting to your
team leaders;
* Assisting other colleagues and supporting them in their efforts
to achieve pre-set targets.
