Our client – an established company implementing significant infrastructure projects in the field of transport construction – is seeking an organized and communicative Technical Assistant / Office Assistant (Front Desk) to support the daily operations of the office and project teams in connection with the execution of an international project.

Отговорности

Main responsibilities:
⭕Maintaining administrative activities in the office and managing document workflow;
⭕Daily communication with partners, institutions and suppliers;
⭕Handling correspondence and performing translations (Bulgarian ↔ Romanian);
⭕Administrative and organizational support to the project teams and the central office;
⭕Coordination of ongoing office tasks and assistance when required.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Candidate requirements:
✔️Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office position;
✔️Excellent written and spoken proficiency in Romanian and Bulgarian;
✔️Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
✔️Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic environment;
✔️Strong communication skills, responsibility and proactiveness.
