General duties
- Define and own the product vision, DSK roadmap, priorities, and success metrics for Investment Platform in DSK.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation within the DSK technology ecosystem, from technical readiness and integration to production launch and further evolution.
- Translate business, customer, regulatory, and operational needs into clear platform requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical capabilities.
- Work closely with engineers and architects on APIs, authentication, integrations, data flows, system dependencies, security, scalability, and solution design.
- Challenge requirements and proposed technical solutions to ensure we build the simplest, scalable, secure, and maintainable solution.
- Own integrations between Investment platform and DSK systems, including DSK Mobile, authentication, cash management, core banking, investment systems, market data, and other services.
- Lead the migration of existing investment products, customers, and processes to the new platform.
- Drive development of APIs and platform capabilities enabling embedded investment and trading journeys in DSK Mobile.
- Manage the product backlog and coordinate dependencies across DSK teams, OTP Group, the platform provider, and other external partners.
- Own business readiness, UAT, release planning, go-live, and post-release validation.
- Monitor platform performance, stability, customer experience, incidents, and defects, and drive their resolution together with technology and support teams.
- Use customer feedback, product data, operational insights, and market developments to continuously improve the platform and prioritise further investment.
- Ensure that platform development meets regulatory, security, operational, and investment-product requirements without losing focus on customer experience and speed of delivery.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Owner, or in a similar digital-product role.
- Proven experience owning and delivering a technically complex digital platform or financial product.
- Experience in fintech, banking, investments, trading, wealth management, brokerage, payments, or financial infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, authentication, distributed systems, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Ability to participate confidently in architecture and engineering discussions and evaluate technical trade-offs, risks, and dependencies.
- Proven ability to take ownership from problem definition and requirements through implementation, launch, operation, and continuous improvement.
- Strong backlog management, prioritisation, requirements-definition, and acceptance-criteria skills.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams, vendors, partners, and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate effectively between business, investment, regulatory, and technology teams.
- Ability to combine strategic product thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
