So, what’s the role all about?
As a Technical Support Associate, you will assist customers with resolving technical issues that impact their Office 365 experience. You will receive requests via ticketing system (e-mail) and make outbound calls. You will provide problem resolutions to the system administrators of Office 365 subscriptions by preforming a question diagnosis while guiding them through step-by-step solutions. You will provide support by clearly communicating solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
If you speak English and German you are the candidate we are looking for!
Additionally if you are familiar with Microsoft products (basic knowledge) and you able to lose the jargon and explain steps in simple way, you are very likely to be successful in our process. Technical or Customer Support background is considered as a strong advantage but it is not necessary.
