Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Communicating with end users, system administrators and solution
integrators via phone,
email, and/or chat and striving to get to the core of their
needs;
* Utilizing your knowledge of company’s products and guidelines to
determine what steps
need to be taken to resolve the identified issue;
* Providing support and guidance and resolving the issue in an
appropriate time frame;
* Identifying urgent escalated cases, diagnosing and reaching the
issue further in a lab
experiment, sharing your findings and seek guidance from your
superiors as needed;
* Keeping up-to-date documentation for each case and using it for
future reference;
* Mentoring junior colleagues when needed and sharing your
observations and knowledge in
order to improve overall performance of the team.
