Our partner is a global technology leader with operations in Bulgaria, and they are now looking for a Technical Support with German to join their growing international team in a leading B2B environment.

Responsibilities
- Providing professional technical guidance and problem-solving to corporate clients from a well-known global brand;
- Delivering Level 1 technical support for laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, mobile devices, routers, VPN, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other applications;
- Handling software installation, troubleshooting, and configuration;
- Resolving username and password issues and assisting with navigation within applications;
- Ensuring an excellent customer experience with every interaction.
Requirements and necessary skills
- Speak German fluently (C1 level) and English confidently (B1/B2);
- Have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy solving technical challenges;
- Bring previous customer or technical support experience;
- Are proactive, curious, and eager to grow in a global IT environment.
