Entry Level Technical Support Representative with German and English

Responsibilities

- Very good command of both languages: English and German;
- Excellent organization and communication skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
- Previous experience on similar role is not a must but will be considered an advantage,
as well as interest in technology and IT.

Requirements and necessary skills

- Resolving technical-related issues;
- Communicating with customers via email and phone;
- Providing of accurate and up-to-date information to the clients’ requests;
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;
- Collaborating with other team members to provide high quality support.
