Your Responsibilities:
- Support customers via inbound phone calls
- Provide technical and administrative assistance (products, contracts, billing, system inquiries)
- Analyze customer issues and deliver effective solutions
- Advise customers on products and services while identifying sales opportunities
- Process account and system changes
- Escalate technical issues or complex cases to the relevant departments
What Were Looking For:
- German language skills at C1 level or higher
- Customer-focused mindset and strong service orientation
- Excellent communication skills and sales confidence
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Flexibility to work in shifts
