Tier 1 Support Specialist with Dutch or French or German (Hybrid)

For one of our clients - a globally recognized BPO provider delivering scalable customer support and integrated business solutions, leveraging advanced technology, multilingual capabilities, and data-driven process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and service quality, we are looking for a Tier 1 Support Specialist with Dutch or French or German (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

*Partner with client IT teams to ensure smooth cloud product implementation;
*Support deployment and configuration of cloud-based solutions;
*Translate business needs into effective technical solutions;
*Lead product demos, technical trainings, and proof-of-concept sessions;
*Deliver responsive Tier 1 support via email, chat, and phone;
*Monitor and report key performance metrics to drive results.

Requirements and necessary skills

*C1 fluency in Dutch, French, German, plus strong English;
*Experience in technical support, cloud services, or IT environments;
*Solid understanding of cloud technologies and basic solution design;
*Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
*Confident communicator, comfortable in client-facing situations;
*Organized and performance-driven, with attention to detail.
