Trainer with German

· Train new customer service employees and ensure a smooth
onboarding process;
· Support and coach experienced employees to continuously improve
their performance;
· Create training and educational materials and deliver engaging
training sessions;
· Assess the effectiveness of training programs by analyzing
employee performance and client satisfaction;
· Collaborate with team leaders and management to identify training
needs and support continuous process improvement.
