Key tasks and responsibilities:
Participates in identifying the training needs of employees in
the Company.
Plans, organizes, implements and/or controls the quality
implementation of the trainings.
Participates in the search and selection of open trainings,
external training organizations and/or trainers, as well as
internal trainers, according to company needs.
Prepares and coordinates the preparation of programs, content,
design, expected results for planned trainings.
Develops concepts for trainings, programs, workshops,
seminars.
Prepares and maintains the documentation and systematizing the
results of the trainings, for maintaining a database for the
trainings. conducted, analyzing the results, proposing measures for
improvement.
Work closely with head of departments to align training programs
with overall people development strategies.
Prepares reports and statistics for trainings conducted.
Organizes and conducts focus groups and individual
consultations.
Participates in projects and other activities in the field of
HRM.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in
training and development.
Promotes and reinforce company culture through training
initiatives and activities.
Develops and implement programs that support employee engagement
and retention.
Organizes team-building activities and events to foster a
positive work environment.
Deliver training sessions using various methods such as
in-person, virtual, and blended learning.
Actively manage and administrate the LMS tasks and related
e-learning and instructor-led courses, resolving system issues.
