- Business decisions: influence business decisions by synthetizing clear takeaways from complex information using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Change management: Be a role model and drive the change in the organization by establishing trust-based relationships, communicating efficiently with all audiences and ensuring the proper involvement and understanding of colleagues related to the transformation

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional experience in consultancy or in the banking industry
- Technical skills - professional business English and ability to work with MS Office tools
