Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Using different channels while providing great customer service (inbound and outbound
calls, chat, email) and striving to meet the KPI’s;
* Documenting and tracking information in call tracking database;
* Listening and understanding the customer’s issues;
* Showing empathy and offering solutions to the customer;
* Keeping up with knowledge on all products and services the company’s offers;
* Taking part in activities focused on improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
