Would you like to join us?
Aleksandra Georgieva is looking for a new team member.
Your daily routine would include:
• Supporting and maintaining Cisco Contract infrastructure,
including UCCX Scripting Troubleshooting, VMWare / VCenter, Windows
Servers, Voice Routers, etc;
• Demonstrate expert knowledge in Scripting (Python, Java,
ect.);
• Troubleshooting and optimizing voice performance;
• Using standard monitoring, management, and troubleshooting
tools, RTMT, etc.;
• Creating professional documents on call flow;
• Assisting in the resolution of escalated issues and actively
participating in problem-management activities;
• Training other IT staff members in the maintenance and usage
of Call Center technology;
• Availability for On-call duty.
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical experience;
• Certification in one of the scripting languages or relevant
experience;
• Preferred Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or
equivalent certification in Contact Center and working knowledge of
networking;
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve call
routing issues;
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the
ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Very good understanding on IVR Call flows;
• Very good command of English language (B2 level).
