Ivaylo Petrov is looking for a new team member.
Your daily tasks will include:
Administering, monitoring, and maintaining systems for optimal
availability and performance;
Supporting testing and production environments, deploying builds,
fixes, and performing troubleshooting;
Managing billing, rating, and batch processing tasks, including
monthly bill runs;
Handling incidents by analyzing logs, managing errors, and
resolving issues within SLAs/OLAs;
Using the ticketing system to resolve issues or escalate to the
appropriate teams;
Coordinating with business units for queries and requests;
Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports;
Executing SOX controls;
Developing automation scripts for routine tasks;
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows-based
applications;
A degree in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field;
Hands-on experience with scripting (file operations, monitoring,
automation);
Experience with MS SQL databases (writing and optimizing
queries);
Log analysis and error handling experience (UI and OS level);
Strong troubleshooting skills;
Practical experience with MS Office and Atlassian products (Jira,
Confluence);
Familiarity with SOX controls and compliance;
Fluent in written and spoken English.
The following skills will be considered an advantage:
Any knowledge and/or experience with UC4 (Automic), Job
Scheduling;
ITIL (Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Deployment-,
Event-Management);
