Your daily routine would include:
- Managing Microsoft Services with focus on AD Directory Services, DNS, DHCP, File, Print, AD Connect, Federation Services.
- Ensuring the operational adherence of the Service Level.
- Agreements (SLA) and Quality Indicators (KPI) within a 24/7 Operation with on-call duty.
- Windows Server Integration - OS configuration and OS updates, Server Networking, Role and Feature installation, including cluster configuration and validation, SCCM agent installation, etc.
- Incident, Problem and Change management – resolving incident/service requests and alerts generated by SCOM.
- Deployment/Patching of operating system updates via System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
We’ll know you can make it if you have:
- In-depth knowledge of MS Active Directory, Entra AD Connect, PKI, DNS, DHCP and hybrid cloud scenarios.
- In-depth knowledge of authentication and single sign-on technologies and SAML, oAuth, Kerberos, LDAPs.
- Good working knowledge with MS AD Domain Service, Azure ATP.
- Scripting experience with PowerShell & Scripts.
- Experience with User Management and with local and central logging as well as Group Policy Management.
- Experience with MS AD Federation Service/SSO/MFA, MS AD Certificate Service, MS Key Management Service, as well as MS DHCP, DNS, Print, File Services.
