Role Overview:
Lead the overall Workday architecture and integration strategy for
a large telecommunications organization. Act as the design
authority across Workday modules and integrations, ensuring
scalability, compliance, and alignment with business needs.
Role insights:
Define and govern Workday architecture standards across HCM,
Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and
integrations.
Design and oversee Workday solutions and integrations (Workday
Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs).
Partner with HR, IT, and Security to translate business
requirements into optimal designs.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, SOX, and data privacy standards.
Provide technical leadership for integrations with payroll, ERP,
and identity systems.
Lead release impact assessments and remediation strategies.
Act as an escalation point for complex design and integration
issues.
What makes you unique:
Proven experience as a Workday Architect or Integration Lead in
large enterprises.
Strong knowledge of HCM processes and Workday integration
tools.
Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT.
Ability to balance strategic architecture with practical
delivery.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Full professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
Nice to Have:
Workday certifications (Integrations, Security, Studio).
Experience with middleware platforms (e.g., TIBCO).
