An international manufacturing company is looking to appoint a Workflow Optimisation Manager who will be responsible for driving Continuous Improvement initiatives and optimising operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements;
• Analyse and optimise workflows across production and sorting operations;
• Define and manage KPIs and performance monitoring systems;
• Troubleshoot operational issues and analyse root causes;
• Lead and support cross-functional improvement initiatives;
• Conduct Lean trainings (5S, Kaizen, Problem Solving, Visual Management);
• Collect and analyse operational data to support decision-making;
• Manage process improvement projects end-to-end.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations or similar;
• 3+ years’ experience in process improvement or production management;
• Strong knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma or similar methodologies;
• Experience designing and tracking KPIs;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Fluency in English.
