Workforce Scheduling Team Lead
As a Workforce Scheduling Team Lead within Workforce department you
will oversee scheduling operations, workforce allocation, capacity
planning, and operational efficiency across our teams. This role is
critical in ensuring that the right resources are in place at the
right time to support business priorities. In this role, you will
partner closely with stakeholders to optimize scheduling, balance
workloads, and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
Main Responsibilities:
• Manage the Workforce Scheduling Team and ensure smooth day-to-day
operations.
• Oversee allocation across projects, shifts, and business units to
guarantee coverage and efficiency.
• Monitor staffing capacity and proactively tackle variances,
shortages, or surpluses.
• Partner with Operations, HR, WFM, and stakeholders to align
resource planning with business needs.
• Deliver data-driven reports on resource utilization, scheduling
performance, and forecasting to leadership.
• Identify and implement process enhancements that boost scheduling
efficiency and workforce distribution.
• Uphold internal policies and external regulations in scheduling
and workforce management.
