As we are expanding our team, we are looking for a motivated and dynamic HR Associate to support our HR Manager.


Handle daily HR activities and administrate HR documents.
Responsible for creating and updating all employee related paperwork (leave requests, contracts, medicine checks, social benefits management, etc.)
Responsible for timesheet and all payroll related information for payroll processing.
Support the creation of internal HR processes & procedures for the employee life cycle.
Conduct regular follow-up with managers for team schedules, career development plans of employees.

Изисквания и необходими умения

Previous experience in HR, Payroll and Social benefits.
Excellent computer literacy and proficient with MS Office applications.
Highly responsible person with ability to manage and prioritize time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and high sense of urgency.
Ability to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
Well-organized and excellent planner with analytical skills.
Excellent communicator and problem solver.
High command of English language is a must.
