Responsibilities

Work with the client on the launch of their new product – build templates; review translation/localization of the website for the German market.
Develop and maintain relationships with German customers mainly over chat and email.
Explain different promotions, products and assist with resetting passwords, verifications, payments, etc.
Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service.
Execute an organized, efficient and structured working process.
Meet predetermined targets and represent the company in a professional manner.

Requirements and necessary skills

Near-native German speaker; fluent in English.
Previous experience in the field of customer support (supervisory experience will be a plus).
Excellent computer literacy.
Experience in the gambling industry or with customer verification/KYC will be considered as an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
