We are looking for a motivated professional to join our IT
Department based in the Head Office Varna at the position of System
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
■ Мonitors the IT Services in the Bank and alert in case of a critical problem.
■ Monitors the basic bank software and other applications.
■ Monitors and investigate fraud transactions using monitoring tools.
■ Provides End-of-Day Processing in the basic bank sofware and some other applications.
■ Extracts data to the reporting system.
■ Performs routine tasks according to internal check lists.
■ Troubleshoots problems reported by the users and the monitoring system.
■ Performs activities in the test environment.
■ Flexibility to fit in with 24X7 shifts .
YOU WILL IMPRESS US WITH:
■ Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support.
■ University degree in Informatics, Engineering or similar.
■ Experience with Oracle SQL (as an advantage).
■ Experience/Knowledge in AIX/UNIX based systems (as an advantage).
■ Good working level of English (to be familiar with technical terminology).
■ Commitment and self-initiative, team spirit, flexibility and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
