About us

KBC Shared Services is a company that provides business services and activities within several domains (Procure to Pay, Payments, IT, Financial Markets, Securities or Insurance) for several companies of the KBC - group worldwide.


Our core business is providing support in an IT technical environment mainly via telephone and electronic channels such as ecall, communities and others.
Flexible working time: We work in a shifting system so that we can guarantee a service window from 7 am to 11 pm. Occasionally working on Saturdays and public holidays is also part of it.
You can be engaged into other activities such as writing and improving procedures, providing input and writing knowledge articles for the DOCK! PORTAL, our IT website.
You can participate in various other IT projects, depending on knowledge and interests.

Requirements and necessary skills

Driven and has a passion for IT
Almost graduated or has IT Bachelor’s degree
Experienced in the IT field
A good communicator in English (level B2 at least)
A professional, who handles incoming and outgoing calls according to our quality standards
Motivated, you strive to deliver good results for all activities
A service-oriented team player with good communication skills
Very flexible, you are able to switch from one activity to another
Cheerful and friendly attitude are a “Must”
