Role overview:

The Product Capabilities Management team is a part of Consumer Marketing and Products Division and is a logical linkage between Commercial and Technology areas in Telenor, it serves as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners and IT engineers / data scientists. The team is responsible for development and lifecycle management of the company portfolio of products and services for all segments.
He/she is responsible for the business analysis, coordination and delivery of new and optimization of existing products in line with the company roadmap, market strategy and goals. In scope of deliverables come also further realization of projects and initiatives, launch of new capabilities and optimizing processes.

Responsibilities:

Ensure product roadmap is successfully delivered on time and in line with the overall company product portfolio
Leads / participates in the business requirements gathering for changes related with different products and services
Planning and coordinating product delivery within the agreed timeframe
Makes high level analysis, interprets, and translates those business requirements into functional specifications / change requests towards Technical area for more detailed technical analysis and further delivery of these requirements
Creates and keeps up to date the necessary project and/or product related documentation
Interacts with technology teams and commercial teams in the company to make a deep and extensive business analysis of the products required and the possibilities for timely delivery of the requested changes
Manages projects or participates in projects related with products and services development as per the company approved roadmap
Coordination and participation in end user testing, validation and approval of new products and services or changes in the existing products
Suggests product improvements and enhancements (new features and functions)
Understands the Telenor business supporting systems architecture and functional split among systems
Active participation in forecasting process for different system nodes capacity, improvements, and upgrades

Изисквания и необходими умения

Requirements:

University degree in Marketing, Telecommunications, Computer sciences or related
Experience within telecom operator would be considered as an advantage
Experience in business analysis or similar experience managing functional requirements, use cases, and test cases and/or product development
Commercial insight
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Extremely customer-oriented
Strong analytical thinking
High creativity and innovation
Cooperative and teamwork oriented
Very good presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and English language
