Job Description

We are looking for a person with fluent English, previous experience as Backoffice and Finance in Forex.
Candidates with background experience of more than 2 years, as well as experience in regulated companies would be considered with higher priority!

Your Duties:
Х To follow up financial transactions in processors dashboards
Х Follow up and keep trаck of transactions in different software like CRM, MT5, processors, banks, cashier system
Х Communicating with banks and processors
Х To prepare reconciliation report, follow up balances, report missing settlements, unmatched amounts
Х To generate daily / monthly reports
Х To perform daily financial transactions Ц online bank wires, manual deposits and withdrawals
Х Follow up daily approval ration and decline reasons.

The ideal candidate has:
Х Excellent English Ц verbal and written, native speaker level.
Х Other languages would be considered as a big advantage.
Х Previous working experience as a Backoffice Ц minimum 1 year!
Х Previous experience and knowledge regarding Forex, Equities, CFDТs and other financial products.
Х Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
Х Able to think outside the box and have the desire to pull out all the stops to solve issues.
Х Excellent computer skills.
Х Past sales experience is a plus.
