What do we need
We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst fluent in English who is willing to develop and maintain strong relationship with our clients, based on trust, delivery and execution in order to drive service excellence.
*Provide customer support service;
*Analyze and troubleshoot reported issues, collect necessary information to ensure resolution.
*Take ownership of various inquiries, be proactive on customer satisfaction.
*Provide quality assurance support when providing features to clients.
*Provide prompt and accurate feedback to the customers.
*Provide support to client meetings by leveraging in-depth system capabilities.
*Create knowledge base articles, track and record various documentation.
