On this role you would be responsible for the sourcing of
candidates through various channels, planning interviews and
selection processes. You would also support the team in the
organization and hosting of various career development and employer
branding initiatives and events. As part of the TA team you would
also be expected to play an active role in the implementation and
continuous reinforcement of our TA strategy.
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Determine selection criteria
Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Support the employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
