The Digital Sales and Marketing team is connecting customers with
Telenor’s products & services within the digital world. The
team is responsible for planning, designing, implementing and
maintaining the customer journey and experience across the digital
Currently we are looking for a UX Designer for the Digital Customer Experience team who will be part of the exciting journey of the further development of our digital channels. You would be responsible for creating and constantly improving easy and intuitive interaction flows for customers in Telenor’s digital channels.
Translate concepts or requirements provided by product management into interaction flows and ultimately transform them into intuitive, functional and appealing user interfaces.
Develop new approaches to complex interface and UX problems and translate those into prototypes and design specifications.
Work independently on complex sets of features, collaborate with product management and developers to arrive at optimal solutions, and coordinate across teams to create a holistic user experience.
Participate in planning, design & development phases as part of the team.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with the rest of the team to design and launch new features.
Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI designs.
Create visual designs, including for key visuals, banners, and call to action elements, with thoughtful use of typography, color, and composition. Use appropriate iconography and/or illustrations to enhance a design.
Keep up to date with industry developments and applicable design requirements.
