For one of our clients – a company that offers complex and strategic IT solutions – we are
looking for First Line Technical Support Agent with Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian and English.

Responsibilities

Core Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process client inquiries regarding hardware and software issues;
* Request detailed information from every client in order to identify the issue;
* Perform diagnosis of the product and suggest solutions;
* Escalate cases to higher tier support engineers whenever necessary;
* Follow up with clients and ensure a high level of customer service;
* Provide regular reports to the respective team manager.

Requirements and necessary skills

Requirements:
* Fluency in Polish, German, French, Spanish, Italian and English;
* Experience handling customer support for software products/services or Technical education with competencies in:
* ISP Technical Support (Multi skills in Technical, Billing and other Support Areas);
* Basic Networking and Routers (Knowledge of Router UI, Functionality and Troubleshooting);
* Troubleshooting and Probing (Able to systematically diagnose the problem, map out action plans and drive issue resolution);
* Comprehension (Applies to making judgment and recommendations and learning pace);
* Excellent Communication (Good Listening Skills with ability to relate to customer through proper verbiage and empathy).
* Previous experience in BPO environment - at least 6 months;
* Technical background would be considered an advantage;
* Goal-oriented personality;
* Excellent problem solving skills.
