Currently, we are looking for a Part-time Intern to join our Human Capital team.

You’ll help us in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values.


Support recruitment leader in daily activities – pre-screen candidates, coordinate interview schedule;
Active role in mass recruitment campaign – such as preparation of assessment materials, content for job ads and other promotion materials;
Essential role in rolling out PwC Onboarding programme for new-joiners, take part in the organization of the Induction day event, communication with participants of the programme and trainers;
Active participation in the Employer branding activities - collaboration with universities, students organizations and other key stakeholders; be involved in internal office activities organised for PwC;
Support our Comp&Ben Champion in the administration of employee benefits;
Support the team in ensuring GDPR and Health & Safety compliance of HR documentation;
Keep track of various HC documentation, timely update of HR trackers/systems.
Active participation in other HC projects or duties as required
Be an active and noticeable member of the HC team, building and maintaining relationships with employees;

Изисквания и необходими умения

Interest in the area of Human Resources;
Students in HR, Business, Economics, or related disciplines;
Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
Real team player;
Strong organizational skills and attention to details;
Proficiency in Excel would be considered an advantage;
Being proactive and self-driven in problem resolution as well as self-management attitude in dealing with everyday tasks;
